The Doobie Brothers Mansfield tour 2024 included 23 supplementary dates to their 50th-anniversary tour set to take place in 2020. The tour will see Michael McDonald, Tom Johnston, Pat Simmons, and John McFee perform together for the first mature in 25 years. The band furthermore announced that additional Orleans’ filthy Dozen Brass Band will assist as retain for everything of the 50th-anniversary tour dates.

McDonald also added in a recent interview with NPR, “With the Doobies, everybody in the band was proud to be a Doobie Brother. And to this daylight, I think of myself as a Doobie Brother — all these years highly developed.”

The band returned to news headlines earlier this year like the stone & Roll Hall of Fame announced that the Doobie Brothers were upon the list of nominees to be considered for the class of 2020 next door to names once Pat Benatar, Dave Matthews Band, Depeche Mode, Whitney Houston, and Judas Priest.
