The Doobie Brothers Auburn tour 2024 included 23 additional dates to their 50th-anniversary tour set to accept place in 2020. The tour will see Michael McDonald, Tom Johnston, Pat Simmons, and John McFee produce an effect together for the first era in 25 years. The band afterward announced that further Orleans’ dirty Dozen Brass Band will relieve as withhold for everything of the 50th-anniversary tour dates.

McDonald also added in a recent interview with NPR, “With the Doobies, everybody in the band was proud to be a Doobie Brother. And to this hours of daylight, I think of myself as a Doobie Brother — all these years far along.”

The band returned to news headlines earlier this year like the rock & Roll Hall of Fame announced that the Doobie Brothers were upon the list of nominees to be considered for the class of 2020 alongside names in imitation of Pat Benatar, Dave Matthews Band, Depeche Mode, Whitney Houston, and Judas Priest.
