The Doobie Brothers Tinley Park tour 2024 included 23 additional dates to their 50th-anniversary tour set to take place in 2020. The tour will look Michael McDonald, Tom Johnston, Pat Simmons, and John McFee measure together for the first times in 25 years. The band as a consequence announced that supplementary Orleans’ dirty Dozen Brass Band will sustain as support for whatever of the 50th-anniversary tour dates.

McDonald also added in a recent interview with NPR, “With the Doobies, everybody in the band was proud to be a Doobie Brother. And to this morning, I think of myself as a Doobie Brother — whatever these years forward-looking.”

The band returned to news headlines earlier this year later the rock & Roll Hall of Fame announced that the Doobie Brothers were on the list of nominees to be considered for the class of 2020 contiguously names once Pat Benatar, Dave Matthews Band, Depeche Mode, Whitney Houston, and Judas Priest.
