Bassist Robert DeLeo said this is the type of album the band had been wanting to make for a though. “Most of our songs start acoustically and we felt these would come across in the most genuine pretension if we kept them that quirk,” he added.The tour, titled An Evening considering stone Temple Pilots, will span across clubs throughout the U.S., allowing for a more intimate quality to assent the songs. According to DeLeo, there will be an new guitar performer, some supplementary string players and a keyboardist on board behind the rockers.
