    Seems The Weeknd is feeling confident the world will be ready for a massive concert outing by this time next year.

    In the first major global tour announced by anyone for 2024, the R&B star has unveiled a new itinerary for his After Hours Tour, originally scheduled for 2020 then postponed amid the pandemic to this year. It includes a rescheduled date at Detroit’s Little Caesars Arena, now set for Jan. 27, 2024. That show was originally planned for last summer then postponed to this June.

    The Weeknd has added 39 shows to the new After Hours schedule, which is scheduled to launch Jan. 14, 2024, in Vancouver and run through Nov. 16, 2024, in London.
